Australian Consumer Law guarantees
When we supply services to consumers as defined under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), those services come with automatic consumer guarantees that they will be supplied with due care and skill, be fit for any disclosed purpose, and be supplied within a reasonable time when no time is fixed.
Misleading conduct
We avoid false or misleading representations about price, benefits, or results. If you believe any material on this site is unclear, tell us so we can correct it promptly.
Unfair contract terms
Standard form contracts we propose are drafted to avoid unfair terms within the meaning of the Australian Consumer Law.
