Dispute resolution
Contact us first with a clear description of the issue. If we cannot resolve the dispute within a reasonable period, you may refer the matter to Queensland’s Office of Fair Trading or another relevant Australian consumer agency. We do not require mandatory arbitration for consumer disputes.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts in Brisbane hold non-exclusive jurisdiction.
